be an off strip location, near the Hard Rock, that closed last year after a 12 year run. I hope that Del Frisco’s can endure its similar off the strip location, but judging from the crowds each time I’ve been there I think you’ll have a while before it closes (see review on Vegas Chatter).
I love steak and am beginning to miss New York when it comes to exploring steakhouses because everything opening in Las Vegas seems to be a chain that I can have anywhere in the country. The food is prepared similarly at each location of a chain restaurant so there’s nothing special to eat at any specific location.
I’ll gladly share a porterhouse if someone asks me to go to Ruth’s Chris but I don’t see myself visiting here on my own volition because there’s absolutely nothing special about Ruth’s Chris.
