Resorts World Las Vegas’s dynamic restaurant venues are elevating their menus, offering a variety of offerings from classic Italian favorites to Asian fusion delights and coastal cuisine. Please see below for all updated menu offerings:

Mulberry Street Pizzeria will now offer classic Italian favorites, including a meatball hero sub, eggplant parmesan, baked rigatoni, and garlic knots.
Adding to its extensive menu, the modern hotspot Kusa Nori will introduce a new fusion menu featuring a variety of cuisines. Guests will be welcomed to enjoy Thai, Vietnamese and Cantonese specialties, such as Yoshi’s Cube, Uni Toast, Angus Rib Cap and more.
Serving coastal cuisine and cocktails, the tropical getaway, Agave Bar and Grill at Resorts World Las Vegas is elevating its pool-side offerings with the unveiling of its updated menu featuring dishes such as the Agave Jalapeño Burger, Piña Colada Crème Brulee, and more.

Spa Day – Made with Hendricks gin, cucumber syrup, lemon juice, and Chareau aloe vera
Mexican Candy – Made with DeLeón reposado tequila, watermelon syrup, lime juice, agave, and fire bitters
Highlands – Made with Hennessy VS, blueberry syrup, Chambord, and lemon juice

Set in a vibrant ambiance, Carversteak will have guests indulging in new dishes including Oyster Rockefeller, giant tiger prawns and so much more.

Enjoy the irresistible plant-based experience at Crossroads Kitchen, featuring new dishes such as Grilled Lion’s Mane Skewers, Potato Leek Soup and more.

Wally’s Wine and Spirits will welcome restaurant-goers to kick-start their day with all-new hours. The Southern California staple will open at 8 a.m. daily as guests feast on Wally’s Breakfast Sandwich, classic French Toast, and more.

The stunning bars across the property, including the Conrad Lobby Bar (reserve room here), Crockfords Lobby Bar (reserve room here), Crystal Bar and High Limit Bar will introduce two new cocktails:

Featuring an array of exquisite handmade confections, Lady M showcases their new luxury cake flavors available for a limited time:

Lavender Mille Crêpes – From May 1 to June 30, the delicate balance of floral and fruity notes in our Lavender Mille Crêpes is a true feast for both the eyes and the palate. Layers of paper-thin crêpes and lavender pastry cream surround a center filling of blackberry jelly, while organic lavender flowers and delicate piping of lavender-blackberry cream make for an elegant finish.
Lavender Matcha Mille Crêpes – Beginning May 11, two of our most popular cakes come together to create the perfect spring treat: Lavender Matcha Mille Crêpes. Lavender’s sweet and subtle floral notes blend beautifully with our vibrant and velvety matcha, creating this new irresistible addition to our iconic Mille Crêpes collection.
Strawberry Swirl Mille Crêpes – Until August 31, our tart, creamy, and sweet Strawberry Swirl Mille Crêpes brings decadent strawberry-infused sponge cake, paper-thin crepes, and strawberry pieces. Finished with a swirl of strawberry pastry cream and strawberry powder, this new addition to the Mille Crêpes family is balanced, bold, and flavorful.
Salted Caramel Mille Crêpes – Salted Caramel Mille Crêpes combines lacy chocolate crêpes with salted caramel pastry cream. Our classic caramel is made by hand, and it is deep, rich, and super silky, finished with a salted caramel glaze and crunchy cacao nibs. This one-of-a-kind cake is available until May 31.
Berry Mont Blanc Tart – For the whole month, the modern Berry Mont Blanc Tart showcases a charming four-berry mousse made from strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, and black currant, plus a bold kiss of crème de cassis. In the tradition of Mont Blanc desserts, the mousse is piped over a billowing mountain of whipped cream and Lady M’s crème d’amande. Baby pink macaron shells and snow sugar to finish.

Lovers and Friends

The highly anticipated Lovers and Friends Festival is returning to Las Vegas on Saturday, May 4, and RedTail is the place to be for all the action. As the official ticket pick-up location and pregame destination, RedTail will kick off the festival in style.

Hotel EDC

The biggest weekend in EDM is taking over Resorts World Las Vegas for the second year in a row with Hotel EDC. As the entire property transforms into an electronic music paradise, guests will be welcomed to enjoy specialty experiences across the property including:

RedTail will become an old-school warehouse rave, decked out with décor, memorabilia, live performers and in-house entertainment. Throughout the week, the venue will become a hub for EDC artists as they take over a karaoke room for private recording sessions on Wednesday, May 15 and Thursday, May 16. Adding to the excitement, RedTail will be auctioning off an hour of Deorro karaoke during the EDC Las Vegas Charity Auction. One lucky winner and their two friends will get to hang out and sing karaoke with Deorro on Saturday, May 18.
FUHU will host the Hotel EDC Raver Recharge Brunch, a unique brunch experience featuring an exclusive prix fixe brunch menu, live performers and an in-house DJ; all available Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19. Also, in honor of EDC weekend, FUHU will unveil a new cocktail, the Lotus Spritz.

FUHU’s all-new summer brunch party, FUHU Day Club, will make its grand debut on Saturday, May 25. As the weather is heating up, Resorts World Las Vegas is bringing Beach Bxtch Bella to the Strip. The one-of-a-kind summer accessory shop is hosting its first-ever pop-up at the property. Beach Bxtch Bella’s Instagram-worthy parasol umbrellas and fans will be available to guests from Thursday, May 16 until Sunday, May 19. The pop-up store will be in The District near the Zouk Nightclub entrance.

EDC Merchandise

Resorts World Las Vegas is gearing up for the biggest festival in electronic music and the anticipated takeover of Hotel EDC.
