The Nobu Tower at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is almost ready for public consumption. They begin taking reservations in October, but are getting people stoked in June! Here’s a much to long rendering room tour to entice you to spend $200+ a night.
The room tour looks like something a real estate company puts together to sell an unbuilt condo. It’s not a very exciting video, but it gives you a look at what computers think the rooms will look like. If you’d like an even less useful, but sexier video to tell you nothing about the Nobu Tower you can find it at NobuHotelCaesarsPalace.com.
The design seems to be modern with hints of Asian influence. I don’t see anything that makes me feel strongly either way about the potential design. I’ve never been to Nobu, but I’m familiar with the brand. I can see why people from LA that are in for the weekend to party at PURE and enjoy celebrity (think E! TV) would stay here.
Caesars Palace has been renovated so much over the years, that besides losing it’s original roman theme over the years, it’s a hodge podge of different ideas that make for a confusing property. It’s not so easy to navigate and it’s huge.
When I stayed at the Palace Tower years ago, I didn’t like Caesars Palace (I didn’t mind the room). When I stayed at the Augustus Tower a couple months ago. The difference? I didn’t have to deal with the mess of the casino when staying in the Augustus Tower. It felt secluded in a good way.
Any renovated rooms at Caesars Palace are a good thing and the Nobu Tower, if nothing else, will give another 200+ clean rooms. I look at that as a win for people looking to stay at Caesars Palace.
