LAS VEGAS (May 31, 2024) – La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway, one of Las Vegas’ most revered dining destinations since opening at Wynn Las Vegas in 2010, closed for a partial remodel starting Monday, May 27. La Cave will reopen in late summer with a remodel that embraces the timeless, European sensibility the awarded restaurant is beloved for.
La Cave’s founders, renowned restaurateurs Jenna Morton and Michael Morton of Morton Group, are collaborating with award-winning designer Karen Herold, who orchestrated La Cave’s original design.
