It’s been a long week in Vegas. I’ve split time between the Mirage and Harrah’s.
I’m still at Harrah’s and wanted to share some of my ups and downs.
There are many positives here:
– Very nice staff – everyone.
– Plenty of food options on and off property.
– Starbucks at elevator entrance.
– No resort fees. Zero cost to me for staying here.
– I was able to extend my stay by 2 days.
– Diamond Lounge may be most comfortable in Vegas. Great staff.
– I made Diamond Total Rewards this morning.
– Bank of 98% Bonus Poker is like my own personal ATM.
– Sportsbook bartenders are great. Never have to ask for a refill. Use grey goose when asked. No switch (to well) like most Harrahs bars.
Negatives
– Room is “very very retro” aka out of date.
– Walls are paper thin. I hear every conversation my southern neighbors have.
– Windows are paper thin. Can hear pirate show from TI and Volcano at Mirage as if they were here.
– No free wifi on site.
– Old crowd. Limited eye candy.
I’m sure there are more to each side, but I’m pooped and want a nap. More to come.
