LAS VEGAS (Nov. 7, 2019) – Celebrated multi-Michelin star chef and television personality, Gordon Ramsay, is introducing an array of modern menu items and a lighter aesthetic in ambiance at his flagship restaurant on the famous Las Vegas Strip, Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas. New items including a vegetarian and vegan menu, softer décor elements, enhanced lighting, additional seating in the lounge and increased options for private dining can now be experienced at the widely popular restaurant.
“Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas holds a special place to me as it was my very first restaurant in Las Vegas and with Caesars Entertainment, which has now flourished to eleven restaurants, four of those being Gordon Ramsay Steaks,” said Ramsay. “It was important to me to bring something new back to the flagship after seven incredibly successful years—including lighter, more feminine touches and distinguished décor, as well as reimagined dishes and presentations that complement our signature items.”
The reimagination of the restaurant is evident from the moment guests enter the iconic Chunnel, which now features customized art depicting the Paris and London skylines. At the end, discover an Instagram-worthy image of Gordon Ramsay etched in glass.
Other noteworthy design features, led by EDG Interior Architecture + Design, include new original artwork and photography, a Vegas-themed wall-art steer, 3D art sculptures, new chairs, booths, enhanced atmospheric lighting and sound, new carpet, kitchen equipment and a new statement piece – a backlit knife wall that can now be found in all of the new regional Gordon Ramsay Steak restaurants.
The bar and lounge at Gordon Ramsay Steak now offers additional seating, making it the perfect spot before or after a show, or for a casual bite and drink. Enjoy selections from the full menu or the special bar menu, including the new Kobe Beef Burger and plenty of new “Perfect Ten” cocktails.
Upstairs discover an impressive Private Dining Room with multiple televisions and flexible seating configurations to accommodate varying groups and more than 100 guests. The newly designed space also features a window overlooking the dining room, bringing in the energy of the buzzing restaurant. It can be separated into three areas that may be open or closed to offer additional privacy.
The menu at the newly reimagined Gordon Ramsay Steak features several new items and presentations as well as a dedicated vegetarian and vegan menu. Three new appetizers make their debut including fluke crudo with grilled hearts of palm, watermelon radish and orange segments; lobster crudo; and duck scotch egg. New entrees include a Rack of Lamb, Roasted Chicken Breast and Beef Short Rib. New sides including vegan broccolini with roasted grapes; tofu bacon and purple cauliflower; and a curried whole grain trio also join the offerings as well as roasted Brussel sprouts; a potato flight of three loaded potatoes served with one of each style – caviar, Oscar and fried egg and duck bacon. The menu also boasts new desserts including duo of pot de créme, mango delice and a seasonal soufflé as well as a new spotted dick dessert cocktail.
The first of his five restaurants with Caesars Entertainment on the Las Vegas Strip, Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas, remains a must-visit dining destination. The prolific chef has also welcomed Gordon Ramsay Steak in Baltimore, Atlantic City, and most recently, Harrah’s North Kansas City. Gordon Ramsay Steak is open daily with bar/lounge seating from 4:00 to 11:30 p.m. with dining room seating from 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
