LAS VEGAS (July 31, 2024) – Fontainebleau Las Vegas is pulling back the curtain of its industry-leading experts with the debut of the Signature Series by Fontainebleau.

These are spirited and interactive classes led by the resort’s acclaimed chefs, beverage leaders, and experiential connoisseurs:

  • Chef Yutaka Kude
  • Master Sommelier Kevin Reilly

They will all share their talents through Signature Series classes, taking place throughout 2024 and into 2025. Each class is tailored to the season. They will guide guests through experiences across the property, allowing them to learn and bring new techniques to their table.

Gameday Gourmet | Saturday, September 7
The Tavern | 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.| $100 per person
Score big this football season when Chef Damon Falls, at the helm of the resort’s sportsbook eatery The Tavern, reveals his secrets behind game day party essentials. Enjoy elevated cocktails and gameday bites as Chef Damon demonstrates The Tavern’s most popular dishes: Adobo Chicken Nachos, Creamy Spinach + Artichoke Dip, and Fried Chicken Wings.

No gameday is complete without a celebratory drink. Fontainebleau Las Vegas Director of Beverage Development and mixologist Juyoung Kang is giving sports lovers something to bet on with craft cocktail demonstrations, that pair perfectly with each bite.

The lively afternoon takes place in The Tavern. 15 seats available.

Art of Sushi | Tuesday, September 10
Komodo | 7 p.m. | $110 per person
Komodo by David Grutman’s Groot Hospitality, renowned for creating interactive dining experiences takes guests on an instructional and hands-on session in an intimate setting inside Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The class will begin with a signature welcome cocktail and an introduction to the art and history of sushi making, allowing guests the chance to learn various techniques while enjoying their very own sushi creations. No two classes will be the same, with each focusing on a different delicacy of sushi, Maki, Uramaki, Temaki, and Nigiri. Each guest will receive an apron and sushi-making kit. For an additional $65 per person, guests will then be welcomed to the dining room to enjoy a three-course omakase tasting with cocktail pairings following the course.

Up to 25 seats are available. Additional dates include Oct. 9, Nov. 12, and Dec. 11. Reservations are required and can be made online.

The Perfect Pour | Saturday, September 21
Collins | 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.| $175 per person *must be 21 or older to book
Celebrate National Bourbon Month alongside the resort’s Director of Beverage Development, Juyoung Kang and Heaven Hill Distillery. Explore the unique history of the quintessentially American spirit and learn how to prepare two cocktails: A proper Old Fashioned and the Paper Plane, a crowd-pleasing modern classic. This hands-on experience will give guests the confidence to prepare a perfect pour at their next soiree.

The Art of the Grill | Saturday, October 5
La Côte | 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. | $185 per person
Grillseekers, take your summer barbeque skills to a new level with tips from Executive Chef Patrick Munster of Don’s Prime. This immersive outdoor Tastemakers class commences with a welcome cocktail and light bites as Chef Patrick guides guests through the best grilling techniques for crowd-pleasing cookouts. Explore the many types of wood, equipment, and grilling styles; discover new flavorful sauces, marinades, and sides for al fresco summer dining.

The Art of the Grill includes an exclusive three-course lunch, poolside on the La Côte patio. 12 seats available.

A Passion for Pasta | Thursday, October 17
Vida | 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. | $150 per person
In honor of National Pasta Day, A Passion for Pasta illustrates the art of pasta with detailed demonstrations of handmade and extruded styles. Led by acclaimed Italian-born Chef Stefano Chiarugi, attendees will learn everything about the staple comfort food – from the simple yet irresistible fillings for stuffed pastas to an overview of sauce preparation.

Cap off the evening with a three-course past1 dinner and classic Italian wine pairing courtesy of Fontainebleau Las Vegas Master Sommelier Kevin Reilly. 12 seats available.

The Perfect Pair | Saturday, November 16
Don’s Prime | 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.| $250 per person
Nothing elevates a dinner party like a perfect wine pairing. Master Sommelier Kevin Reilly leads guests on an interactive food and wine pairing experience, covering pairing fundamentals and classic combinations. Leave with the confidence to create seamless pairings at home.

Deck the Doors | Saturday, November 30
Azul | 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.| $125 per person
Celebrate the holiday season’s arrival as the Fontainebleau Las Vegas Horticulture Team showcases the festive artistry of stunning holiday wreaths. Class opens with a seasonally spirited cocktail and passed canapés from Kyle Bradish, Executive Chef of Vida. Guests can then get into the holiday spirit and get creative while constructing a handmade wreath that will greet holiday visitors all season long.

The celebratory afternoon is to take place in Azul. 15 seats available.

Holiday Sweets | Saturday, December 7
Pastry Shop | 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. | $145 per person
Join the resort’s pastry team to get in the holiday spirit and go on a delicious journey through the creation of classic holiday desserts.
The pastry team will demonstrate festive favorites like Bûche de Noël, peppermint pretzel bark, and more.

Discover Dim Sum | Saturday, February 1
Washing Potato | 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. | $165 per person
Embark on a deep dive into dim sum with Michelin-starred Chef Richard Chen and his accomplished team. During this comprehensive Signature Series class, guests will participate in a hands-on experience, creating Washing Potato specialties like Shu Mai and Har Gow. The dim sum journey begins with a welcome cocktail before the demonstration begins.

Barista Academy | Saturday, March 1
Café Cuto | 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.| $125 per person
The best coffee ever – created by you. To celebrate National Barista Day, guests will explore the craft of latte art at Barista Academy with guidance from the Fontainebleau Las Vegas master barista team. Discover how to create different patterns as the talented team demonstrates elegant designs like the rosetta, swans, and the leaf. Guests will also learn the many nuances of latte art, including milk texture, temperature, and the fine grinding of beans.

The interactive class to take place in Café Cuto. Up to six seats are available.
