Christopher "Kid" Reid Leaps into The Spare Room at Downtown Grand Saturday, Feb 29

Press release: LAS VEGAS (January 20, 2020) – As part of its Celebrity Comedy Series, Delirious Stand-Up Comedy inside The Spare Room at Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino has announced Christopher “Kid” Reid will make his return to Las Vegas on Saturday, February 29. The one-night-only engagement will feature a dual stand-up performance from Reid, 7:30 and 10:00, and feature a guest set from Vegas-based comedian Guy Fessenden. Tickets starting at $39.99 on sale now.

Christopher Reid, formerly known as ‘Kid’ from the rap duo Kid ‘n Play with Christopher Martin was notable for his exaggerated hi-top fade haircut and starring in the House Party Movies as well as television programs, Martin and Sister, Sister. He has also served as the host of amateur contest shows, such as Your Big Break and It’s Showtime at the Apollo.

Launched in May of 2019 and located on the ground floor of the hotel near the Art Bar, The Spare Room provides an intimate comedic experience for locals and tourists alike. Complete with a full bar and maximum seating of less than 200, each ticket aims to offer guests the best seat in the house and a laughably casual environment perfect for any night out in Downtown Las Vegas.
