Guy Fieri’s Chicken Guy! Opens at Harrah’s Las Vegas in Spring 2025

LAS VEGAS (Dec. 2, 2024) – Tasty chicken will soon cross the road into Harrah’s Las Vegas. Following the success of his first Las Vegas location at Caesars Palace, famed restaurateur, chef and TV personality Guy Fieri is set to bring Chicken Guy! across Las Vegas Boulevard to Harrah’s Las Vegas in the spring of 2025. The fast-casual dining concept will be the second location on The Strip and Guy Fieri’s fourth overall location with Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts.

“Everybody knows I’m a big Vegas guy, so bringing Chicken Guy! to Caesars Palace was a dream come true,” said Guy Fieri. “But like I always say, ‘Go Big Or Go Home…,’ so we’re doubling down, and our chicken is crossing the Strip for a second brand-new location at Harrah’s Las Vegas. See you soon!”

The quick-service destination offers a convenient dining option that features all-natural, fresh chicken tenders brined in fresh lemon juice, pickle brine and buttermilk and infused with fresh herbs. To best enjoy the tenders, guests can choose from 22 signature sauces including Donkey Sauce, a mixture of mayonnaise, roasted garlic, mustard, Worcestershire and lemon, Wasabi Honey sauce with wasabi, honey and lime and Cumin Lime Mojo with cumin, lime, cilantro and roasted garlic.

Fan-favorite menu items include the Loaded Mac Daddy Mac ’N’ Cheese with super melty cheese, chopped crispy or grilled chicken, bacon and green onions. Guests can also sip on indulgent Flavortown Shakes such as Apple Cinnamon Cereal with vanilla soft serve, Cinnamon Toast Crunch™, Apple Jacks™ and fresh whipped cream or Triple Double Mint with mint chocolate soft serve, crushed Oreo® cookies, chocolate mints, chocolate syrup and fresh whipped cream.

Chicken Guy! will be located in the Fulton Street Food Hall inside Harrah’s Las Vegas.
