LAS VEGAS (April 14, 2021) — Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, is set to open a new Las Vegas location at the Harmon Corner this Summer 2021. The family-friendly, world-famous celebration destination known for its sweets and treats will have three-stories of indoor and outdoor seating, a walk-up goblet bar accessible from the pedestrian bridge on Las Vegas Blvd and Harmon Ave, a whimsical candy retail store, and a fully-operable, candy dots rock climbing wall.
“Las Vegas is where Sugar Factory first originated and we couldn’t be happier to be opening in a new reimagined location that is centrally located on The Strip,” said Charissa Davidovici, owner. “From our photo op walls to our staff, every element at Sugar Factory is designed to give guests a memorable experience from the minute they walk in to the minute they leave.”
The perfect destination for families, celebrations and so much more, Sugar Factory is the top spot for bachelorettes, birthday parties, or simply a fun day out. The 14,000 square foot restaurant will feature 230 seats indoors, a 36-seat entry-level bar, a 30-seat carousel bar on the mezzanine level, and a 30-seat outdoor patio fitted with fire pits that overlook the Las Vegas Strip. Upon entering, diners will be greeted by a specialty goblet bar which is overlooked by the second-floor dining room, carousel bar and outdoor patio. On the third level, guests will find a large indoor dining room, a candy store featuring more than 500 types of candy, and a spectacular candy dots rock climbing wall. In addition to the endless candy options, guests can choose from two glass cases filled with homemade ice cream and gelato, milkshakes, fresh homemade pastries, and coffee selections.
Throughout the restaurant, diners will find Sugar Factory’s signature, over-the-top, Instagrammable decor, including a lifesize flower wall with neon artwork that lines the gold staircase, LED screens, the instantly recognizable floor-to-ceiling dot wall, and a glamorous dining space fitted with luxurious red velvet chairs and booths.
Offering brunch, lunch, and dinner, Sugar Factory’s menu showcases an array of dishes fit for any diner. Weekend brunch features unlimited mimosas, fluffy and colorful Insane Double Stack Rainbow Pancakes served with warm maple syrup and topped with chocolate chips, gummy bears, strawberries, and whipped cream with rainbow sprinkles; Breakfast Burgers, including the Donut Burger; and more. Served only on Saturdays and Sundays, Sugar Factory’s savory and sweet brunch is not to be missed.
For lunch and dinner, guests will find an extensive selection of items including the Pan Roasted Prime Ribeye paired with a crispy brick of Havarti cheese; Roasted Lobster Mac and Cheese for two; Brick Chicken served with mashed potatoes dressed in a lemon-herb sauce; and The Big Cheesy Burger that is topped with melted white cheddar, creamy mac & cheese, and bacon on a toasted potato bun. For a real sweet tooth fix, guests can savor Sugar Factory’s Insane Milkshakes served in chocolate-covered mugs like the Sugar Caramel Sugar Daddy Cheesecake Milkshake or the Bacon Cheeseburger Milkshake. Legendary desserts round out the diverse menu, including the sensational King Kong Sundae, which serves up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream covered with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce, and giant whirly pops.
The restaurant’s bar seats provide full menu service in addition to serving Sugar Factory’s signature 64 oz. alcoholic smoking candy goblets. Guests can also enjoy celebrity-approved goblets like the Watermelon Mojito featuring Pitbull’s Voli 305 vodka; Bruno Mars’ Watermelon Pina Colada and Mai Tai made with SelvaRey Rum; the Chainsmokers’ JAJA Tequila goblets featuring the Sour Flour Mango Sunrise and Electric Purple Jawbreaker Margarita; Nick Jonas’ and John Varvatos’ Strawberry Cadillac Reposado Margarita made with Villa One Tequila; and The Drake, crafted with his Virginia Black Whiskey. Newly added to the menu, guests can also enjoy 50 Cent’s The Candy Shop goblet made with his Branson Cognac; Travis Scott’s Strawberry Hustle featuring his Cacti spiked seltzer; or The Rock’s Soul Man goblet crafted with his Teremana Tequila.
