I stayed at Harrah’s Las Vegas a couple weeks ago and had a suite on the top floor. It was pretty awesome for Harrah’s. You can see video and pictures at Vegas Chatter. Since the room was so high I got a pretty good look at the strip that I normally wouldn’t have. The living room looked straight out to the strip but bedroom overlooked The Quad.
Imperial Palace turned into The Quad in December but is still undergoing a lot of renovation. The construction on the streets and in the casino is apparent and should be finished this year. I’m not sure it’s on the renovation schedule but it sure looks as if the roof at The Quad could also use some work. Maybe Caesars Entertainment is waiting for the roof to collapse before they renovate the rooms. Maybe.
